Show notes

The hosts with the most return to discuss ministry during the Covid 19 pandemic and the hope that we are closer to a return to most activities. Will discusses the difficulties that have been weathered over the last year for ministry and specifically youth ministry. Overall the autonomy of the churches has been a blessing but the challenge is making sure our brothers and sisters feel cared for. We discuss the pressure to get the activities of the church going as things open up. We discuss the importance of churches making decisions based on the dynamics of their church family. Will talks about respecting boundaries and how impressed he is with the teens wanting to be together. Travis mentions how impressed he had been with the creativity of ministers and elders throughout the church. Ben talks about how keeping communication lines open and maintaining connection can be a struggle but worth it. We encourage you to encourage your church leadership. Take time to communicate to them the good things they've done considering the circumstances over the past year.
