Whitney Creasy joins the fellas to discuss the process of writing "Reframing Hope: Our Journey through Cancer, Adoption and Love" with Travis. The guys start the podcast talking about spring and the failures to finish their yardwork. Travis gives his mom a shoutout for cutting his grass. Whitney begins by talking about the inspiration for the book and the struggle to stay on task and finish the manuscript. Travis discusses the influences that continued to encourage their progress even when it was slow. Ben brings up how writing can help us process all of the events of life, especially the traumas. Whitney agree and says she has been journaling for years but didn't realize the benefits of writing for an audience. Travis speaks to connecting events and how returning to those places were impactful. Travis is amazed that people still want to hear the story but especially from Whitney's perspective and how it helped them as a couple to work through the trauma. Will asks about the goal of the book and what Travis and Whitney wants the audience to gain. Every gives their best option of who would portray them in a movie version of "Reframing Hope".
